1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SonicPro Media Player software ("The Software"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

SonicPro is a strictly non-hosted media player utility. We provide the software tools to organize and play your own local or legal digital content. We do not provide, host, sell, or distribute any media content, video streams, or playlists. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you access using our software.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase of a "Premium Key", SonicPro grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your personal devices. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Access copyrighted content without proper authorization.
• Distribute illegal streams or pirated material.
• Reverse engineer or crack the Software's code.

We reserve the right to terminate your license key immediately without refund if we discover illicit usage.

5. Payments & Billing

Services are billed on a prepaid basis. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. All transactions are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal).

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
